Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Boku (AIM: BOKU), a leading global provider of mobile payment solutions, is
pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
("EGM"), held earlier today, the sole resolution was passed. The results of
the proxy voting for the sole resolution are set out in the table below. As
announced on 15 August 2024, the EGM was held to seek approval of the
resolution necessary for the adoption by the Company of a new Stretch
Restricted Share Unit Plan, further details of which can be found in the EGM
