TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

 

Boku (AIM: BOKU), a leading provider of mobile payment solutions, announces
that on 8 December 2022 it purchased, through Peel Hunt LLP, 550,000 common
stock of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Stock") on the London Stock
Exchange (the "Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share buyback programme
(the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on 7 July 2022. The Repurchased
Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights

 

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of
299,235,021 Common Stock, of which 1,500,000 Common Stock are held in
treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 297,735,021.
Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market
Abuse Regulation) as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, the schedule below contains detailed information about
the purchases made by Peel Hunt LLP on behalf of the Company as part of the
Company's Buyback Programme.
