Transaction in Own Shares

 

Boku (AIM: BOKU), a leading provider of mobile payment solutions announces
that it has purchased the following number of its common shares of $0.0001
each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec").  The Company intends to hold the
purchased shares in treasury.

 Aggregate number of common shares purchased:  100,000
 Lowest price per share (pence):               156.00
 Highest price per share (pence):              156.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):       156.0000

 

Total Voting Rights

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of
303,110,613 Common Shares, of which 6,065,909 Common Shares will be held in
treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd.  Therefore, the total number of voting
rights will be 297,044,704.  Shareholders will be able to use this figure as
the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
