$1.15 premarket
    ** Co says the U.S health regulator granted "orphan drug"
status to its BDC-1001 to treat gastric cancer
    ** Says drug is being evaluated against three other types of
cancer in a mid-stage trial
    ** The FDA gives "orphan" status to drugs that treat rare
conditions and are protected through a series of government
incentives once in market
    ** Up to last close, shares down 22.3% YTD
