** Brokerage SVB Securities upgrades Bolt to "outperform"
from "market perform", reiterates PT of $4
** There is potential for "positive outcomes" for BOLT's
experimental cancer therapy, BDC-1001, from its detailed
early-stage trial data, which company plans to present at a
meeting in June - SVB
** Positive data can result in a meaningful upside for the
stock, says brokerage
** BOLT said on Thursday evening it was advancing BDC-1001
into a broad mid-stage study for treating certain types of tumor
** Median PT of six brokerages covering the stock is $4.50 -
