    ** Construction and engineering co receives work order from
NLC India worth 813.4 mln rupees ($9.8 mln)
    ** BOND trading above its 50-day and 100-day simple moving
averages since Nov. 10 and Jan. 25, respectively
    ** Eyes third consecutive daily and weekly gain, if trend
holds
    ** BOND up ~36% in Feb.
    ** Stock has seen an over six-fold surge in value since
listing on Aug. 30
