Orsted seen rising on decisions to quit Norway project, sack top managers

** Shares in Orsted  ORSTED  are expected to rise 5-10%
after the Danish company decided to bid farewell to a joint
project in Norway and said two of its top managers would step
down
    ** Orsted says its CFO and COO would leave immediately 
    ** On Monday, the company said it would leave a consortium
with a company owned by Bonheur  BONHR.OL , in which it aimed at
bidding for a wind farm project
    ** "It is a sign of necessary action being taken," Nordnet
analyst Per Hansens says
    ** Orsted shares lost a fourth of their value on Nov. 1
after it scrapped offshore wind projects in New York
