The Company provides the following update pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule
2(g) (v) of the AIM Rules.
John Goold, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, is an
Independent Non-Executive Director of Oncimmune Holdings plc ("Oncimmune"), a
life science services business. Oncimmune was placed into administration on 26
March 2025.
