UK's Boohoo to proceed with planned Debenhams rebrand

March 28 (Reuters) - British online fashion retailer Boohoo BOOH.L said on Friday it would proceed to rebrand as Debenhams Group, even though a special resolution to approve the change did not receive the required support from shareholders.
