The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to
refer the following merger to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation under the
provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002:

 

Title of the Merger case: ANTICIPATED ACQUISITION BY BOOKING HOLDINGS INC. OF
CERTAIN ACTIVITIES OF ETRAVELI GROUP AB (TRADING UNDER BRANDS SUCH AS
GOTOGATE, FLIGHTNETWORK, MYTRIP AND SUPERSAVER)
