** Co's Q1 net income jumps 64% to $271 mln

** It report Q1 revenue of $2.92 bln vs ests of $2.95 bln -LSEG data

** Q1 Adj. net income rose 2.2% to $184 million

** Up to last close, stock had fallen 10.5% YTD
