** U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he authorized a 90-day pause as part of his tariff plan but was also raising the tariff rate for China to 125%, effective immediately

** Shares of Nvidia NVDA.O up 14.5% and Advanced Micro Devices AMD.O 15.9%, Broadcom AVGO.O 13.2%

** Intel INTC.O jumps 14.1%, Qualcomm QCOM.O 10.3%, Micron Technology MU.O 10.4%

** U.S.-listed shares of Arm Holdings ARM.O and Marvell Technology MRVL.O rise 17.8% and 12%, respectively

** Major U.S. stock indexes plummeted last week after Trump imposed sweeping tariffs on major trading partners
