Jan 28 (Reuters) - Borosil Glass Works Ltd BORO.BO : * Co, nominee acquired 100% equity shares of hopewell tableware pvt limited * Source text: With reference to the earlier letter dated January 14, 2016, Borosil Glass Works Ltd has now informed BSE that on January 28, 2016, the Company along with its nominee has acquired 100% equity shares of Hopewell Tableware Private Limited alongwith all its assets & liabilities and consequent to such acquisition, Hopewell has become an unlisted wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company w.e.f.
