Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016: 
 
1. The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2015-2016. 
 
2. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on and from March 29, 2016. 
 
Time of commencement of Board Meeting: 1:00 p.m. 
 
Time of conclusion of Board Meeting: 2:02 p.m.
