Borqs Tech climbs on plan to develop EV charger, smart home products

** Shares of software product maker  BRQS.O  up 7.3% at
$0.23
    ** Co and its unit Holu Hou Energy LLC (HHE) will jointly
develop and deliver products for the electric vehicle and smart
home markets, starting with an EV charger and generator

    ** BRQS acquired HHE, a solar energy and storage provider,

    ** About 35.8 mln shares have traded so far, ~569.1% of

    ** BRQS shares are now down 37.3% for the year
