The S&P 500 and the Dow rose on Friday after a report said the U.S. Federal
Reserve will likely debate on signaling plans for a smaller interest rate hike
in December, while declines in social media firms capped gains on the
Nasdaq. .N 
    At 11:34 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 1.06% at
30,656.44. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.88% at 3,698.17 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.56% at 10,674.446.
