** Shares of Borr Drilling  BORR.N  up 4% at $7.28
    ** Oil and gas services provider says two premium jack-up
rigs were awarded contract extensions 
    ** Contracts for work in West Africa will have a combined
duration of 1,307 days and total estimated value of $211 mln 
    ** BORR up ~47% so far this year
