Brief: BOS signs letter of intent to buy Idnext and its unit Next-Line

Sept 8 (Reuters) - BOS Better Online Solutions Ltd  BOSC.O : 
 * B.o.s. signs letter of intent for the acquisition of the business of idnext 
   ltd. and its subsidiary next-line ltd 
 * Consideration will include initial payment of NIS 1.6 million in cash and NIS 
   1.3 million in BOS ordinary shares 
 * Says dimex may elect to make up to 35% of the performance based payments in 
   BOS shares. 
 * Dimex to make additional performance payments based on operational profit of 
   acquired business in 2016 and 2017 
 * Rfid and Mobile division,operated through BOS-dimex ltd has signed letter of 
   intent for acquisition of business operations of idnext
