** Co lowers FY26 production guidance of at Honeymoon Operation in South Australia to between 1.40 million pounds and 1.45 million pounds ($1.90 million-$1.97 million) of U3O8 drummed from earlier guidance of 1.6 million pounds of U3O8 drummed

** Co says heavy rain during March impacted production, while the degraded baseline condition of access roads extended the disruption

** Shares of co hit their lowest level since March 31

** YTD, BOE up 4.8%
