** Co reports execution of an earn-in agreement with uranium miner Boss Energy BOE.AX

** Under agreement, EPM and its unit have granted Boss Energy the option to earn up to an 80% interest in the Liverpool Uranium Project

** Alliance aims to unlock the considerable potential of project via structured investment and exploration programme - EPM

** Over 4.6 mln shares change hands, 1.8x the 30-day avg

** EPM down 16.7% vs BOE down 5.4% of the last trading day
