business "as an independent company" after the Wall Street
Journal reports company is exploring a sale
    ** Company is in early talks to sell itself to Japanese
whisky-maker Suntory Holdings  2587.T , the report said, citing
people familiar with the matter
    ** As of Friday's close, stock has lost 9.2%
