** CEO Michael Mahoney at a conference says the company has been seeing a decline in usage of its heart disease device, Watchman, for standalone procedures
** " ... we basically want to set an expectation of flat dollar growth from first quarter to second quarter and likely in the third quarter," says Mahoney
** Adds co is comfortable with its second-quarter and full-year forecasts even with the slowdown
** In April, the company slashed its annual profit and revenue growth forecasts
