 * Says proposed acquisition of energy asset in Indonesia 
 * Says consortium has agreed to offer teg the firm purchase consideration of US$3.9 million 
 * Says purchase price will be funded through the internal resources of the group 
 * Says entered into an agreement with Triangle Energy 
 * Acquisition is not expected to have material impact on group's EPS, profitability and nta per share for year ending 31 March 2016
