Bowleven plc ('Bowleven' or 'the Company')
Admission of Shares to AIM
Application has been made for 255,058 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 10 February 2017. These Ordinary Shares are being listed in connection with the exercise of options by former employees. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
