Bowleven plc ('Bowleven' or 'the Company')
Admission of Shares to AIM
Application has been made for 249,081 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 12 April 2017. The admission of these Ordinary Shares is in connection with the exercise of options by a former employee. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
