Appointment of Nominated Adviser & Joint Broker
The Board and management of Bowleven are pleased to announce the appointment of Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited ('Macquarie') to act as Bowleven's AIM Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) and Joint Broker with immediate effect.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays will remain Joint Brokers to the Company alongside Macquarie.
