Director's Interest
The Company announces that the following share purchase was made by a Director of Bowleven plc:-
Philip O J Tracy, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 December 2014 at a price of 23 pence per share. 
Following this transaction, Mr Tracy's total shareholding in the Company is 100,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date.
