Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 31 October 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists of 327,903,881 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Shares"). Bowleven holds 2,432,614 Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the share capital of the Company is 325,471,267 (one vote per Share).
The above figure of 325,471,267 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
