Bowleven announces that it now expects to publish the Company's Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 June 2019 before the end of next week.
 
Further to the announcement on 18 November 2019, the 2019 Annual General Meeting, will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 11 December 2019, at Hilton London Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, London SE1 2BY.
