- Drax DRX.L has agreed to buy Bluefield Solar Income Fund BSIF.L in a deal valuing the renewable energy-focused investment company at about £561 million ($755.3 million), the British power group said on Monday.
- Novacyt ALNOV.PA, a diagnostics company which was a stock market faavourite during the Covid-19 pandemic, plans to cut up to 40% of its workforce to reduce its cash burn.

     - The strike on the London Underground will go ahead on Tuesday after a day of talks failed to avert industrial action.
