Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 20 February 2024 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the prospectus dated 4 August 2023 (the "Prospectus")
relating to the U.S.$40,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme issued by BP
Capital Markets p.l.c. and BP Capital Markets B.V. unconditionally and
irrevocably guaranteed by BP p.l.c.
