(the "Company") announces that it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of its ordinary shares of $0.25 each ("Shares") on Exchange (as defined in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange) as part of the buyback programme announced on 15 November 2017 (the "Programme"):
