The Issuer hereby provides notice in accordance with the Final Terms that:
(a)        the final Aggregate Principal Amount of the Notes to be issued on 20 March 2020 will be EUR 406,000 (406 Units); and
(b)        the title of the Notes is now "Issue of 406 Citigroup Worst Of Snowballing Auto-Call Notes Based Upon BP PLC and Royal Dutch Shell PLC due 2026 CGMFL12069".
 
 
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall be as defined in the Final Terms.
