Italy's Treasury says moves on MPS recognise value of the bank ROME, June 8 (Reuters) - The Italian economy ministry acknowledged the moves involving Monte dei Paschi di Siena BMPS.MI, saying they reflected the value of the bank "after its recovery from a near-bankruptcy position," a statement said on Monday.
