Nov 28 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    AIRBUS  AIR.PA :
    Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd  0293.HK  is leaning towards
placing an order for around six Airbus A350 freighters as the
Hong Kong carrier renews the oldest section of its fleet of
dedicated 747 cargo jets, industry sources said.
    
    BPOST  BPOST.BR :
    Belgian postal operator said on Monday no decision had yet
been taken on a concession to distribute Belgian newspapers,
after media reports on Friday that the government could opt for
a competitor.
    
    UBISOFT  UBIP.PA :
    Video game producer on Monday said it had launched an
offering of bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new
or existing shares due 2031 for a nominal amount of
approximately 500 million euros.
