Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international shipbroker and provider of
expert investment, chartering, and risk management advice to the shipping and
energy markets, announces that James Gundy, Group Chief Executive Officer,
purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company on
24 February 2023. Following this transaction, James Gundy's total shareholding
is now 767,165.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by virtue of the
