Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering,
and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces that
it has published notice of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

 

The AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 2 July 2025 at the Company's
offices at One Strand, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 5HR.

 

The AGM notice, Form of Proxy and 2025 Annual Report and Accounts (published
on 29 May 2025) are available in the Investors section on the Company's
website (www.braemar.com (http://www.braemar.com/) ); these documents will
also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection

The AGM notice, Form of Proxy and 2025 Annual Report and Accounts have today
been posted to those shareholders that have elected to continue to receive
hard copies.

 

FY25 Final Dividend

 

As announced on 29 May 2025, the board will recommend a final dividend for the
year ended 28 February 2025 of 2.5 pence for approval by shareholders at the
forthcoming AGM. The FY25 final dividend will be paid on 8 September 2025 to
shareholders who are on the register at the close of business on 1 August
2025, with a corresponding ex-dividend date of 31 July 2025. The last date for
Dividend Reinvestment Plan elections will be 15 August 2025.
