PDMR Share Dealing

 

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering
and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces the
following share dealing transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibility ("PDMRs"):

On 21 November 2024, the PDMRs listed below purchased ordinary shares of 10
pence each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company.
