PDMR Share Dealing

 

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering
and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces the
following share dealing transactions by Tristram Simmonds, Group Chief
Operating Officer:

-     Sale of 1,866 Braemar shares on 20 November 2024

-     Sale of 28,890 Braemar shares on 21 November 2024

Following these transactions, Tristram Simmonds' total shareholding is now
304,354. The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the
requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by
virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
