Publication of Annual Report in European Single Electronic Format

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international Shipbroker and provider of
expert advice in shipping investment, chartering, risk management and
logistics services, today announces that, further to the Company's Annual
Report and Notice of Readjourned General Meeting announcement dated 31 August
2022, it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28
February 2022 in the European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF").

The ESEF Annual Report is available on the Company's website (www.braemar.com

for inspection on, the National Storage Mechanism
