T.F. & J.H. BRAIME (HOLDINGS) P.L.C.

The directors have declared a dividend of 4.80p per Ordinary and `A' Ordinary
share to be paid on 1st April 2011 to shareholders whose names appear on the
register on 25th March 2011.

The announcement of the annual results will follow within the next two weeks.
