The Company confirms that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to change the name of the company to Braime Group plc was duly passed.
 
The Company is now filing all relevant documents to effect the change of name with Companies House, and expects that this will be formally registered within the next ten days. A further announcement will be made at that time.
 
The trading mnemonic of BMTO and the Company's website address (www.braimegroup.com) remain unchanged.
