Annual General Meeting

 

The Company confirms that at the seventy-second Annual General Meeting held on
23rd June 2022, all resolutions were unanimously approved by a show of hands
of all Ordinary members present.  Prior to the meeting seven proxy forms,
representing 29,750 Ordinary shares were received by the Company, all voting
in favour of the resolutions.
