investor subscribes all new shares

approximately 10% against contributions in cash 
    * Says 1,641,434 new shares were offered to a new long-term 
investor, by way of a private placement without prospectus 
    * Says the Investor is DAH Beteiligungs GmbH 
    * Says gross proceeds of 28 million euros to be used to 
finance small and medium sized acquisitions
