    ** BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics Inc's  BCLI.O  shares jump
16.7% to $1.8
    ** Drug developer says U.S. Food and Drug Administration
will hold advisory committee meeting to discuss marketing
application for co's amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) therapy
    ** FDA in November declined to review co's marketing
application for ALS therapy 
    ** BCLI has also requested the FDA to utilize a regulatory
process, "File Over Protest", for an early advisory committee
meeting
    ** ALS is a rare neurological disease that affects motor
neurons, which are nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord that
control voluntary muscle movement
    ** BCLI dropped ~59% last year
