** BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics Inc's  shares  BCLI.O  rise
13.5% to $1.76 before the bell
    ** Drug developer says U.S. Food and Drug Administration
will hold advisory committee meeting to discuss marketing
application for co's amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) therapy
    ** In November, FDA declined to review co's marketing
application for ALS therapy 
    ** BCLI has also requested the FDA to utilize a regulatory
process called File Over Protest to advance an AdCom meeting as
quickly as possible
    ** ALS is a rare neurological disease that affects motor
neurons—those nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord that
control voluntary muscle movement
    ** BCLI was down ~59% last year
