** BOF announces 820,588 shares at $3.40 for gross raise of about $2.79 mln
** Offering price represents 11.7% discount to stock's last sale on Weds
** Bend, Oregon-based BOF, which has ~15.3 mln shares outstanding, intends to use net offering proceeds for working capital, general purposes
** Lake Street Capital Markets leading the offering
** BOF shares closed down 3% on Weds, trimming YTD gain to 21%
** Stock is very thinly traded; 30-day avg volume is about 21,000 shares and 90-day avg is about 70,000 shares, per LSEG data
