Brand Architekts Group plc, a challenger British Beauty brand business,
confirms that as previously announced, Edward Beale has resigned as a
non-executive director with immediate effect.

 

Following Edward's retirement, Simon Pyper will take the role of Chairman of
the Audit Committee.

 

Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Chairman commented:

"I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Edward for his long service as a
Board member. His guidance to the Board and the business over this time has
been extremely important, providing sound counsel and strong leadership. The
Board and I are grateful for all he has brought to the business, and we wish
