The Franco-Italian carmaker could renegotiate an offtake agreement with Australia's Alliance Nickel AXN.AX on reduced volumes, as it now expects to build fewer electric cars than planned, MF reported on Thursday, citing market sources. On Wednesday, Alliance Nickel shares were halted pending an announcement with Stellantis.

The state-backed bank kicked off a long-winded procedure to amend its bylaws to allow the outgoing board to nominate successors, with the change intended to be used in April 2026 when current directors expire, Italian daily la Repubblica reported on Thursday.

The Italian merchant bank on Wednesday reported an 11.8% yearly fall in quarterly net profit, hit by costs tied to its defence against Banca Monte dei Paschi's (MPS) takeover bid, despite steady revenues.

The Italian debt collector said on Thursday it had strengthened its credit‑management partnership with BPER and signed a binding agreement to buy a 5.1% stake in leasing operator Alba Leasing, which has total assets of more than 5 billion euros, from Italy's fourth‑largest bank.

The defence company will exceed the financial goals it has set itself for the full year given the strong results achieved so far in 2025, Chief Executive Roberto Cingolani said on Wednesday.
The group is making progress in the talks for a partnership deal for its aerostructures unit, and still sees a deal being reached by year-end, CEO Roberto Cingolani told an analyst call.

The Italian phone group on Wednesday reported a 5.3% rise in core earnings during the first nine months of the year and confirmed its earnings growth forecast of around 7% for 2025.
