Itaconix and Brenntag North America to Promote Sustainable Cleaning

Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in plant-based
specialty polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, is pleased
to announce a distribution program with Brenntag North America to promote
sustainable cleaning in household, industrial and institutional ("HI&I")
cleaning applications. Brenntag North America is a subsidiary of Brenntag SE,
a global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution.

Under the terms of the new distribution program, Itaconix and Brenntag North
America will promote the performance, safety, and sustainability benefits of
ITACONIX® cleaning polymers to Brenntag North America's existing base of over
2,000 HI&I customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Itaconix
will supply ITACONIX® cleaning polymers to Brenntag North America on a
non-exclusive basis.
